Anyone here grown Bubblegum?

Howdy

Got a Bubblegum plant (frosty flowers seed) in veg near ready to flip. It has a really weird smell atm, not bubblegum but full blown body odour. Every other veg plant ive grown (admittedly not many) has had almost no smell, but this bitch PONGS.

Is this normal? The plant is happy and healthy enough - I don't consider this a problem, just interesting.

if that were mine, I’d smell the bottom of the pot, in case root rot. smell the tops where the colas will be and the leaves to see if its the plant. should be able to work out if it is just the strain.
I had some Indica that had a real funky smell. It reminded me of when babies shit their napies when on a plane.

Funk can come from a number of places in a grow

Got 3 bubblegum autos from C.G seeds still in veg and compared 2 my grand daughters nappy's they smell like new baked bread
Swore i wouldn't grow that strain again after trying Nirvanas [i think] 4 yrs ago

That makes sense. The 2 indices I had recently stank, and were both boys. Saw it on the pre flowers, so scrapped them.

Tried a few bubblegum in the past.
Bubblebomb by bomb seeds far and away the best imho.
Best taste and affect.
But that was a while ago.
I consider bomb seeds a little underrated .atomicbomb was very good, not to mention clusterbomb and widowbomb was a stinkybitch and very good.
Wish I had them now.✌
Ah nearly forgot their KUSH bomb was quite potent. Too.

I grew thseeds bubblegum years ago. Tasted and smelled like hashy pink hubba bubba bubblegum, it was however a nimbin tier quality smoke and barely had any effect whatsoever.

Lol. My results were similar. Not super-weak nor superstrong, but interesting flavour.

Frosty flowers was well known to be selling multiple strains out of the same bulk seed stock (ie they where all the same despite him claiming differently) before he got raided and shut down.

Also pretty sure most of the seed recovers ended up being hemp seed

They never released exactly what name he was using but a bunch of vendors including frosty mysteriously disappeared all about the same time. Frosty was selling out of the same area as the accused but.

Wait your right. Got them mixed up. Frosty ran an exit scam and shut up shop. So still wouldn’t trust anything he was selling that wasn’t in a breeder pack.

What I find notable is that although the cops got his client list and tracking numbers ,,there has not been any of his customers complaining of getting busted,,as a result..,,that I am aware of .
