Any concern?

What are the causes of the yellowing and is there any concern going forward as new leaves are fine? 5 weeks old 1 week in the ground

I'd be concerned about consuming anything grown in an old tyre. Those things breakdown and leach some nasty shit ...and cannabis is a bio accumulator .

Nitrogen draw down the growing medium is still composting down using up the N first and yes the medium receptacles are dangerous indeed .
