Stew, Turkish style with added 2tsp cumin and coriander seed.
Substituted peppers with both smoked and sweet paprika and added tomato paste for a richer depth of flavour (not listed in the recipe just my own addition to an already great recipe).

Nearing the end I add 2 tbsp of cream, which mellows out the acidity from the tomato paste.

Looks cool. Done on an iPhone. Has a production crew of about 20,knock out one vid a day. Takes a slick crew to make rustic happen. Source was a travel doco on BBC news.

The bechamel goes gradually into the layers, not simply on top.

It actually works-out quite admirably in the grand scheme of things & I do it quite frequently.

It's the FUCKING LOUD prog-rock that created this & I enjoy creating the dish whilst it plays.
